Hornsby Farms

Beth Hornsby operates Hornsby Farms in Auburn, Alabama, where she grows a variety of fruits and vegetables and raises heritage hogs. In addition to fresh produce and meats, the farm runs a commercial cannery that produces sweet jams, pepper jellies, and pickles.

Beth loves connecting with customers at local farmers’ markets, sharing the farm’s high-quality, homemade products, and building relationships with those who support small, local farms. She’s especially grateful to Alabama customers who invest in the farm, helping to strengthen the local economy and promote sustainable, family-owned agriculture.
